I know this is very vague but help me please there is a movie with a guy that is being tracked so another guy helps him and on an elevator or staircase the helping guy tells him to remove some electronic bugs hes got on and puts them in a potato chip bag they go to the roof of a building movie is probably older than two years I also remember the helping guy has a secret hideout which i believe catches fire because of another group could be government. Oh also i believe the helping guy is only helping him to a certain point then tells the other guy to go off the map.

I believe the movie you’re talking about is Enemy of the State. It had Will Smith in it.
